Declaration, By-laws, Rules and Policies are included on the website. To ensure the best living environment at Place Nouveau it is important we all, owners and tenants, follow these conditions.
You will also find all required forms that will be helpful with updating information, booking elevators/party room, concerns relating to your unit. Notices of upcoming events, maintenance bulletins and other important information regarding Place Nouveau will be posted as they become available.
All owners and tenants are governed by the same rules and must abide by the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation #796 and #823. Through your co-operation and support, we are all able to enjoy our home and the common elements, together with the Shared Facilities.
To get the most out of living at Place Nouveau, the following are essential: consideration for our fellow residents, cooperation with Property Management, Superintendent and Security in adhering to the rules, and conservation in avoiding wasteful use of provisions included in the cost of maintenance.
